1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter during the Giveaway Period (September 23, 2025-October 20, 2025):

• Booking Entry: Receive one (1) entry when you book a new qualifying vacation package with Magic Voyage Vacations.
• Referral Entry: Receive one (1) bonus entry if you refer a friend or family member who books during the Giveaway Period. (Referral must be mentioned at the time of booking.)
• Alternate Free Entry: You may enter without booking by completing the giveaway entry form [here]. Limit one (1) web form entry per person.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a PlayStation Backbone (Approximate Retail Value: $99.99). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the Giveaway Period ends. Winner will be notified by [email/social media DM]. If winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
